Deleting Cookies in Google Chrome

First open your Google Chrome Browser:

Then click the three dots on the top right:

Roll your mouse over  "history"  then click the "history" option that's revealed

On the left click "Clear browsing data"

A menu will pop up.  Make sure Cookies and other site data" is checked at at the top the time range is "All Time."

You did it!  Try the VRC database you were having trouble with again and see if it works now!  If not, give us a call or send us an email!

Deleting Cookies in Firefox

Start by opening up your Firefox browser

On the top left click the "History" button

The second option in this menu is "Clear History" click that.

This will open up a new box.  Make sure the "Time range to clear" drop down on the top says, "everything" and the cookies option is checked. Now click "Clear Now."

You did it! Now check to see if the database giving you problems is working properly.  If it's not, call or email us so we can help you out!

 

Deleting Cookies in Internet Explorer

Start out by opening your Internet Explorer Browser 

Next, click the "Tools" button on the top right.

From the menu that opens, press the first option, "Delete browsing history."

In the box opens make sure "Cookies and website data" is checked then click "delete" on the bottom.

You did it!  Try the VRC database you were having trouble with again and see if it works now!  If not, give us a call or send us an email!
